What utilities are included in GF Utility?
GF Utility includes a number of powerful tools for Gravity Forms:
- Show Page on Form List: See which pages contain each form
- Toggle All Fields Required: Quickly make all fields required or optional
- Redact Sensitive Data: Remove sensitive information from entries
- Send Notification on Entry Update: Get notified when an entry is updated
- Manually Process Feeds: Trigger add-on feeds (MailChimp, etc) manually
- Hide Form from User Once Submitted: Prevent duplicate submissions. Display a placeholder
- Prevent Entry Creation: Stop entries from being saved to the database for selected forms
Do I need a separate license for each site?
We offer three license tiers to match your needs:
- Single Site ($29/year) – 1 WordPress installation (your own site or a client project)
- Agency ($69/year) – 5 installations, perfect for small agencies with multiple clients
- Unlimited ($99/year) – Unlimited installations for large agencies & development teams
All licenses include 1 year of updates and support. You can upgrade your license at any time.
Is GF Utility compatible with my theme/other plugins?
GF Utility is designed to work with any WordPress theme and most plugins. It hooks into Gravity Forms standard functionality, so compatibility issues are rare. If you encounter conflicts, please report a bug.
How do updates work?
With an active license, you'll receive automatic update notifications in your WordPress dashboard. Simply update like any other plugin. Updates include new features, bug fixes, and security patches.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Troubleshooting Guide
Utilities not appearing in Gravity Forms
If the utilities don't appear in your Gravity Forms interface:
- Verify that both Gravity Forms and GF Utility are activated
- Check the GF Utility settings page to ensure utilities are enabled
- Clear your browser cache and WordPress cache (if using a caching plugin)
- Try deactivating and reactivating GF Utility
- Check for JavaScript errors in your browser console

License activation problems
If you're having trouble activating your license:

- Verify your website can make outgoing HTTPS connections (required for license validation)

GF Utility is designed to be lightweight, but if you notice performance issues:

- Consider increasing your PHP memory limit if working with large forms
