Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• You have not previously received a refund for GF Utility
• The plugin does not function as described in the documentation
• You have made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue with our support team

Note: Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the initial 30-day period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• After 30 days from the purchase date
• If the plugin has been modified or altered
• If the issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, or server configuration
• If you simply changed your mind but the plugin functions as described
• For renewal payments (after initial purchase period)
• If you violate our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1. Contact our support team at support@gravityextend.com
2. Include your purchase receipt or order number (from Freemius)
3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
4. Allow us to help resolve any issues first (we may be able to fix the problem)

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

4. After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

• Your license will be deactivated immediately
• You will no longer receive updates or support
• You must remove GF Utility from all your websites
• You may not continue using the plugin

Continued use of the plugin after refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you're eligible for a refund, you'll receive a full refund of your purchase price. Taxes and transaction fees may not be refundable, depending on your location and payment method.

6. Subscription Renewals

For annual subscriptions:

• Renewal payments are non-refundable after the 30-day window
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• Early cancellation does not trigger a refund

To cancel auto-renewal, log into your Freemius account or contact support.

7. Chargebacks

Instead of filing a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us first. We're usually able to resolve issues amicably. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover costs.

8. Refund for Agency/Developer Licenses

If you purchased multiple licenses (agency/developer pack):

• Refunds are calculated based on unused licenses
• Activated licenses are non-refundable
• You must provide details of which licenses were used
• Processing may take additional time for verification

9. Digital Product Considerations

As a digital product, once GF Utility is downloaded:

• We cannot "un-download" the plugin files
• We rely on your honesty to remove the plugin after refund
• Future updates will not be accessible after refund
• Continued use violates copyright law

We reserve the right to disable license keys and take appropriate action if the plugin continues to be used after a refund.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy. Changes will not affect refund requests made prior to the change. Significant changes will be announced via email and on this page.
