Getting Started with GF Utility

Follow these simple steps to install and activate the GF Utility plugin on your WordPress site.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • WordPress 5.6 or higher
  • Gravity Forms 2.5 or higher installed and activated
  • A valid GF Utility license key

Step 1: Download the Plugin

After purchasing, you'll receive a download link via email. Download the ZIP file to your computer.

Step 2: Upload to WordPress

Go to your WordPress admin dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New
  2. Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page
  3. Choose the downloaded ZIP file and click Install Now
  4. After installation, click Activate Plugin

Step 3: Activate Your License

Once activated, go to Forms → GF Utility in your WordPress admin menu.

Enter your license key to receive automatic updates and support.

Installation Complete!

You're now ready to use GF Utility. The utilities will appear in your Gravity Forms editor and form list automatically.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues:

  • Plugin won't activate: Make sure Gravity Forms is installed and activated first. GF Utility is an add-on and requires the main plugin.
  • License activation failed: Ensure your license key is correct and hasn't expired. Contact support if issues persist.
