Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Plugin on one (1) WordPress installation per license purchased
• Receive updates and support for one (1) year from date of purchase
• Use the Plugin for commercial or personal projects

License Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Plugin to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.

2. Payment and Renewal

• Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change
• Payment: Full payment is required before download access
• Renewals: After one year, you may renew your license to continue receiving updates and support
• Refunds: See our Refund Policy for details
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes

3. Support

With an active license, you receive:

• Access to technical support via email
• Plugin updates (bug fixes, security patches, minor features)
• Documentation and help resources

Support Exclusions: Support does not include custom development, WordPress theme/plugin conflicts not caused by GF Utility, or issues resulting from modifications to the Plugin code.

4. Updates

We regularly release updates to:

• Fix bugs and security vulnerabilities
• Maintain compatibility with WordPress and Gravity Forms
• Add minor features and improvements

Update Policy: We strive to maintain backward compatibility but cannot guarantee all updates will be compatible with your specific setup. Always test updates in a staging environment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Plugin to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in spam or phishing activities
• Collect personal data without proper consent

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Plugin, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Gravity Extend. This agreement grants you a license to use the Plugin but does not transfer ownership.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all WordPress configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must:

• Cease using the Plugin
• Delete all copies from your servers
• Any paid fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause

You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Plugin and deleting all copies.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email or within the Plugin dashboard.

12. Third-Party Components

The Plugin may include third-party libraries or components, each subject to their own licenses. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party license terms.

13. Gravity Forms Compatibility

GF Utility requires Gravity Forms to function. Gravity Forms is a trademark of Rocketgenius Inc. This Plugin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Rocketgenius Inc.
