Found an issue with GF Utility? Help us improve by reporting bugs. Please follow these guidelines to ensure we can address the issue effectively.

Before Reporting

Check if it's already known: Search the FAQ and Help Center first. Also check if you're running the latest version of GF Utility.

Not a bug?: For general questions or support, please use Contact Support instead.

What to Report

  • Functionality not working as described in documentation
  • PHP errors or warnings related to GF Utility
  • JavaScript errors in browser console
  • Security vulnerabilities (report responsibly via email)
  • Compatibility issues with other plugins/themes

Information to Include

  • GF Utility version (found in plugin settings)
  • WordPress version
  • Gravity Forms version
  • PHP version (from Site Health)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Error messages or screenshots

How to Report

Test in a Clean Environment

Temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to confirm the issue is with GF Utility.

Gather Information

Collect all relevant details: versions, error messages, browser console output, and screenshots.

Submit Your Report

Email all information to bugs@gravityextend.com with a clear subject line like "GF Utility Bug: [Brief Description]".

Security Vulnerability Reporting

For security issues: Please report responsibly by emailing security@gravityextend.com. Include details but do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we've had time to address them.

We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
